Working with charities

I believe that therapy should be accessible to all and I continue to support a nationl mental health charity, as they continue in their work to grow and enhance structure and resources to best support communities and help stem the growing need and pressure for mental health services. Alongside my private client work, I continue to work across several departments for the charity:

  • Counselling: short and long-term

  • Facilitating self help workshops

  • Working within GP surgery's across the borough delivering IAPT programs for NHS referrals

  • Working with clients through Active Monitoring, solution focused therapy sessions
