I am qualified to Level 7 with a PgDip in Counselling and Psychotherapy through a BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) accredited course.
My initial training and model of work is Person-Centred, and this approach very much underpins my therapeutic work, however with additional training across other models, at times I may draw on other therapies for a more pluralistic/integrative approach to our work to ensure I give you the best possible support.
