Day to day life can be hectic and often little time and focus is given to self care. The Selfish Space is all about giving time, care and attention back to you.
The short therapy programmes devised are aimed at teaching you new techniques for wellbeing and life management. They each run over a course of 6 weeks and will be offered within the community and online through webinars within a group setting.
This course teaches skills and techniques to help ground you in the present; not worrying about the future or re-visiting the past, but being present and in the moment
Being present allows you to capture and enjoy new memories, live experiences and supports positive emotional wellbeing.
We will explore techniques of mindfulness, meditation and self care.
